Located at the gateway to South Beach in Miami Beach, Florida, Fifth & Alton has served the community for nearly two decades as a prominent retail and mixed-use destination. It's strategic location at the terminus of the MacArthur Causeway makes it one of the most visible commercial developments in the area, serving both residents and visitors.

SPI supplied the precast/prestressed concrete joists and soffit beams that formed the project's structural floor and roof framing system. These components provided an efficient and durable framing solution, helping to support the project's construction schedule while delivering long-term structural performance.

Nearly 20 years after completion, Fifth & Alton continues to demonstrate the strength, reliability, and lasting value of precast/prestressed concrete construction in a high-traffic urban environment.
